Some Clarification

TDC: Question - the speed the machine sews at is regulated by the foot pedal, example would be 40 stitches per minute (spm) up to 300spm. By adjusting the setting on the servo motor I can change that to 10spm up to 200spm. These are random numbers i just want to clarify the foot pedal regulates the sewing speed within a certain parameter, correct?
